Driftyland is a small, self-funded publication (by our Editor) that accepts (and pays) for original work.
Here are the types of roles we're hiring for:
Writers
We're always looking for locals to write unique perspectives on where they live for our Drifty Guides or share a meaningful experience. Pitch us a place!
We pay $40 for a 1,100 - 1,300 piece with one round of revisions. You will also get full credit for your work (full name on it) and bio with a link to your portfolio or site. If you're willing to share the guide with your audience/friends/family, you'll receive a $10 bonus.

Artists
Submit a travel or location inspired doodle or drawing. Rates vary. Pitch us a doodle (or send a watermarked sample) and your rate to driftyland (at) gmail (dot) com.
Photographers
Have 4-5 original photos of a specific place? We buy original, high-quality, high-resolution photos (no cell phone pictures, please). You'll get full credit for your photos. Pitch us a place and send your rate to driftyland (at) gmail (dot) com.
