Looking for the perfect little black dress or 50s inspired frock in Montreal?
Whether you're looking for designer-label items, or just want to rummage through some t-shirts, there's a vintage shop Montreal has just for your taste. Here are some of the best.
Kitsch 'n' Swell
If you're obsessed with the looks and style of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, you need to check out Kitsch 'n' Swell. Pink walls, hanging lamps, and taxidermy creatures are the backdrop to one of the best eclectic, 40s-50s inspired vintage shops Montreal has to offer.

Eva B
More like a flea market than a vintage shop, Eva B is the best place for mass thrift and vintage shopping. Shop denim vests and jeans, men's hawaiian shirts, leather jackets, floor-length skirts, and so much more, you're bound to leave Eva B with a brand new (but used) vintage wardrobe... and maybe a few books.
Local 23
This place has serious JCrew/90s/Clueless vibes, with vintage graphic tees, accessory hats (for style, not function), glittery heels, and funky pins. Unisex and plus-size clothing is available. Local 23 also styles their pieces for inspiration on their website.
Empire Exchange
Right down the block from Local 23, Empire Exchange identifies as a used clothing store. If you're a mix and matcher (styling a vintage sweater with new jeans), Empire is a great spot to find neat patterns, coats, boots, and bags.
If you're an Urban Outfitters shopper, this is the spot for you.
CUL-DE-SAC
For vibrant sweaters, jumpsuits, jeans, and jackets straight out of the 90s (think Tommy Gear and the such), CUL-DE-SAC is your kind of thrift/vintage shop. Find the puffy jacket and matching beanie of your dreams here.
ERA Vintage Wear
For color-coded statement wear, such as bright green gloves, electric yellow sundresses, or powder blue tulle skirts, ERA Vintage Wear is the place to find it. The racks are by color, with pieces ranging from silk robes to fur coats. Think modern-day Mad Men.

Annex Vintage
This sweet and simple shop could be mistaken as a Madewell outlet, with striped skirts, brown pleather jackets, blazers, as well as trendy accessories and prints to browse through. Don't miss the selection of all natural products and funky patches for sale.

Fripe-Prix Renaissance Saint-Laurent
Renaissance (a part of Goodwill), is a massive thrift shop with a ton of t-shirts, coats, dresses, pants, and more to choose from. If you prefer thrift shopping at scale, you will burn a few hours going through all of the clothes here. And rest assured that your money will go towards supporting a great cause.

Kay Vintage
Browse through an array of knickknacks like oversized pearl necklaces, jewelry boxes, leather wallets, and other items you'd expect to find stowed away in Grandma's attic at Kay's Vintage.
If you don't mind a little chaos in your thrifting, Kay's is an awesome spot for one-of-a-kind finds.
Citizen Vintage
Citizen Vintage feels more like an art gallery than a vintage shop. Expect trendier tees and a smaller collection of gently used clothing. But the selection of handmade cards, postcards, and other goodies is worth the visit.

Sharyn Scott
For luxury vintage (consignment), head to Sharyn Scott. You'll find lightly-worn accessories and purses from brands like Louis Vuitton, Dior, Juicy Couture, Coach, and other well-known, high-end designers.
There also shoes and clothing from designers, if you're looking for a more Breakfast at Tiffany's style of vintage.
